		<description>I agree with you Katia. Indeed, trust and past experiences are 2 major drivers for adopting m-payment servces and applications, not only in France but also in many developed and developing countries. Whereas user experience is clear to understand, trust is a complex factor, which has many facets and aspetcs. My current research, in the field of customer trust in m-payments, highlights groups of factors that influence customer trust in m-payments, such as user characteristics, provider characteristics, m-payment perceived risks, social and culture influences, and some of the mobile device charactersitics. I believe that trust in m-payments should be deeply recognised before digging for the adoption drivers of m-payments services, but unfortunately thats no the case in the m-payment academic literature. Thus, I join my voice with yours.
